While payments are closed

No money changes hands on this site today. Requesting access stores your email and selected options and costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

When ordering opens

The rules below describe how the service is designed to behave once payments are enabled. They will be confirmed, together with the payment processor and the time a refund takes to arrive, before the first order can be placed.

• Prices are one-time payments per video. There is no subscription.
• Each video costs real rendering time, so a video that was delivered and looks like you is not refunded.
• If a render fails, it is retried once automatically at no extra cost.
• If the second render also fails, the payment is refunded and we are notified.
• If a delivered video does not look like you, reply to the result email within 7 days. We render it once more at no cost; if the second video also does not look like you, the payment is refunded.
• Refund requests go to hello@churchwalkedit.online with the order email address.
